Yes, both buyers and sellers are charged a 3% fee for using our platform. This fee covers the cost of maintaining our services and ensuring a smooth auction experience for all participants.

To become a seller on Swisso, you need to be a member with an invitation code. Once you have the code, you can register on our platform and list your luxury watches for auction.
After listing your watch for auction, interested buyers will place bids during the 48-hour auction period. Once the auction ends and a buyer wins, they will make the payment, which will be held in escrow until the authentication process is complete.
If your watch passes authentication, it will be forwarded to the buyer, and you will receive payment via bank transfer. However, if the watch fails authentication, the buyer will be refunded, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Yes, we offer a buy now option for sellers who prefer to sell their watches at a fixed price. You can set the buy now price when listing your watch on our platform.
